14 Sep 2023 Itinera will build Milan’s Santa Giulia Arena, the city’s new iconic multifunctional venue
The ETERIA Consortium, of which ITINERA is a member, has been appointed by CTS EVENTIM, a leading international provider of ticketing services and live entertainment, as general contractor for the construction of the new Santa Giulia Arena in Milan.
The Arena will become a premier venue not only for sport events, hosting some of the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics competitions, but also for concerts and live entertainment. The facility, which will have a capacity of 16,000 people and be set in a plaza of more than 10,000 square meters, will continue to serve the city of Milan for indoor and outdoor events.
The new pole was designed by architect David Chipperfield in collaboration with engineering firm Arup. Read the press release for more information about the project.
