Itinera Launches the Manifesto of Diversity & Inclusion: Growth and Shared Commitment

Itinera proudly announces the release of its Manifesto of Diversity & Inclusion, a document designed to foster an increasingly inclusive work environment.

The Manifesto is the result of the active contribution of Itinera’s Ambassadors, who initiated the project, along with other colleagues invited to collaborate. This structured journey began in September 2024 and evolved through a series of discussions, research phases, and feedback exchanges. Crucial to this process were brainstorming sessions and the adoption of engaging techniques such as brainwriting, during which thematic groups—focused on aspects like gender, generational, cultural, and ability diversity—transformed ideas into a concrete proposal: the Manifesto’s draft.      The creation of an Inclusion Mood Board further enriched this journey, bringing together words and concepts that best represent the meaning of inclusion for Itinera. Finally, the working group refined and approved the content, concluding the development phase.

The Manifesto is much more than just a formal document—it embodies the company’s genuine commitment to fostering an inclusive culture that values each individual’s uniqueness. With its official publication, Itinera reaffirms its dedication to promoting practices that respect diversity and inclusion—fundamental values for the entire organization and its vision of an innovative, open future for all.
